DHL is used for international shipments outside the UK (and for N. Ireland express shipments). If you are shipping within the UK your courier will be Parcelforce.
If you need to get in contact with the courier we recommend following these steps.
Step 1
Have your tracking number and CRN (collection reference number) to hand, this will be in your emails from My Baggage (we send two emails and it will be in the second email). It will also be available from My Orders, by clicking on the help function beside your collection times.
Step 2
UK: Phone DHL on 0844 248 0844 and select option 3.
USA: Phone DHL on 1-800-CALL-DHL (1-800-2255-345)
